I’m Dr. Shannon, founder of Hope Within Counseling and a licensed therapist with over 9 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and professionals navigating life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and identity challenges.

With a doctorate in Healthcare Administration and licensure in Texas, Florida, and Colorado, my mission is to create a therapeutic space that is both effective and empowering. I believe therapy should be as flexible, responsive, and personalized as you need it to be.

A graduate of Texas A&M University-Commerce with a Bachelor of Arts degree is highly skilled in patient scheduling, billing, administrative support, and ensuring smooth office operations. With a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, Josh is adept at handling confidential information, coordinating appointments, and supporting both therapists and clients to maintain a positive and efficient environment.
